Why is it that a typical workday happens in the morning? It assumes that all human beings are morning people, but I personally know a lot of people who operate best at night…With increased communication, isn’t it about time that people be given the chance to choose their time preference when it comes to work? Shouldn’t their individuality be embraced in the office setting? Wasn’t the whole 9-5 system common in the industrialization age of the factor worker? As we move towards the world of the knowledge worker and the creative worker, shouldn’t there be a little flexibility…?
